How do I enroll in a course?
Browse our course catalog, click 'Enroll Now' on any course page, and complete the checkout. Free courses enroll instantly after creating an account.
How long do I have access to a course?
Paid courses and programs include lifetime access — you can learn at your own pace and revisit materials whenever you need.
Can I take a course on mobile?
Yes. Our platform is fully responsive and optimized for smartphones and tablets.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely by Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?

Are there payment plans available?

Certificates
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all lessons in the course and pass all required assessments with a score of 70% or higher. Your certificate is automatically generated upon completion.
Can employers verify my certificate?
Yes. Every certificate includes a unique verification URL and QR code. Visit /certificates/verify to look up any certificate by its certificate number.
Will my certificate expire?
Most certificates do not expire. Some specialized compliance courses may carry a 2-year recertification requirement, which will be clearly noted on the certificate.
Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I change my name on a certificate?
Yes. Update your legal name in Account Settings before completing a course. Contact support if a certificate has already been issued.
How do I cancel my account?
